Capt. Mohit Batra is the founder, director, shareholder and chief executive officer of Singapore Maritime Network. An astute business professional, entrepreneur, and proactive leader with over two decades of diverse cross functional experience across the maritime industry. Capt. Batra has held several senior positions with leading multinational organisations, being involved in various aspects of business from spearheading marketing, sales, and business development strategies to implementing effective supply chain solutions and advising on acquisition investment and organic growth opportunities. An avid golfer, enthusiastic professional speaker, author, motivational leader, and a qualified educator, He is a qualified Master Mariner and holds a post-graduate MBA degree from Oxford, UK. Capt. Batra spends his time equally between Singapore and Dubai office of SMN.
Inessa Deminets is the co-founder, shareholder and managing director of Singapore Maritime Network. She is a qualified accountant and supply chain professional. Prior to SMN, Inessa was spearheading the supply chain and logistics across Europe and Asia for a multinational beverage company. Apart from the day-today operations of the company, she is leading the design, quality control, and logistics function. Ms. Deminets is based in the Dubai office of SMN.
Sushil Singh is the Non Executive Director - Finance at SMN and brings a diverse experience in management and reporting standards. He has led business transformation, business partnering and process re-engineering initiatives. His experience working in dynamic environment with diverse teams has developed a high level of adaptabilit and flexible collaborative approach.
Victoria Lim is the General Manager of Singapore Maritime Network. She is a certified Chartered Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to joining SMN in 2019, Victoria served as an internal and external auditor for various industries including shipping, manufacturing, trading and construction. Victoria leads the company's finance & operations side as a key member of SMN's management team and is based in Singapore.
Sheila is the Sales Coordinator at Singapore Maritime Network. Sheila has worked in various industries like District cooling(Energy) and Shipping as an Account Executive and Business Development. She is part of the sales support team at SMN and is based in Dubai.
Naman Makhija is the Digital and Marketing Consultantat at Singapore Maritime Network. Naman is a double graduate in markteting and mass comm and has previously worked previously some of the reputable advertising agencies working on renowned global brands and several award winning projects. before setting up his own marketing and advertising company. Naman is a tech saavy full time retainer consultant at SMN and oversees the social media and digital marketing content of SMN. Naman is based in India.
